Gipuzkoako familia-mediku egoiliarrak (BAME) eta lan-munduaren hastapeneko antsietatea
Laburpena:
Medikuen espezialitate-formazio garaia, barneko mediku egoiliarra (BAME), estres eta zaurgarritasun handiko epe bezala deskribatu izan da zientzia-literaturan. Ikerketa honen helburua da Gipuzkoako familia-mediku egoiliarren antsietate-mailak neurtzea.
Antsietatearen alderdi kuantitatiboak eta kualitatiboak kontuan hartuta, ikerketa deskribatzaile eta prospektiboa egin da. Neurketa HADS galdetegi estandarizatuaren bitartez eta ikerketarako sortutako galdetegi kualitatibo baten bitartez egin da. Sintoma horiek formakuntza-urtearekin, ospitale-motarekin, generoarekin, depresioarekin eta espezialitatearen aukeraketarekiko adostasunarekin harremanik ote duten aztertzeko ere baliatu dugu. Galdetegiak 2020ko urrian eta 2021eko martxoan (5 hilabeteko tartean) egin dira, denbora-tarte horretan aldaketarik ote dagoen aztertu nahian. Egoiliarren % 50ek antsietate-maila ertain/altuak aurkeztu dituzte. Konfiantza-maila baxua eta antsietatearen autopertzepzioaguardiaren bezperan, guardia bitartean eta larrialdietan deskribatu dira gehienbat. Sintoma fisiko eta kognitiboak guardia bitartean maizago agertu dira, eta emozionalak guardia osteko uneetan.
Ez da aldagaien arteko lotura estatistiko esanguratsurik aurkitu. Hala ere, egindako analisi kuantitatiboak eta kualitatiboak kontuan hartuta, egoiliarrak ondoez psikologikoa izateko arrisku-populazioa izan daitezkeela ikusi dugu. Etorkizunera begira ikerketa gehiago behar dira, baheketa eta lanketa egoki bat egin ahal izateko.

The high training of physicians, Internal Resident Physicians (MIR), has been described in the scientific literature as a period of great stress and vulnerability.
The aim of this study was to measure the anxiety levels of family physicians residing in Gipuzkoa. A descriptive and prospective study was conducted taking into account the quantitative and qualitative aspects of anxiety. This measurement was carried out using the standardized HADS questionnaire and a qualitative questionnaire generated for research. We have also taken the opportunity to analyze whether these symptoms were related to the year of formation, the type of hospital, gender, depression, and consensus in the choice of specialties. These questionnaires were conducted in October 2020 and March 2021 (within 5 months), in order to analyze whether there were changes in that time period. 50 % of residents have medium-high levels of anxiety. The low level of confidence and self-perception of anxiety have been described mainly on the eve of the guard, during the guard, and in emergencies. Physical and cognitive symptoms have appeared during the guard more often and emotional at times after the guard.
No significant statistical relationship has been found between variables. However, taking into account the quantitative and qualitative analyzes performed, we have seen that residents may be at risk of experiencing psychological distress.
